Stocking dealer: First order: $3000. No minimum for reorders.
Non-Stocking dealer: First order: $300. No minimum for reorders.
Yearly accounts will be reviewed and orders totaling less than stocking dealer minimums will be considered non-stocking dealer account. Any account with no activity in 12 months will be considered closed and will require the above-mentioned minimums opening orders to reinstate your account.

Terms of payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit cards is charged at the time of the shipment. First orders are accepted on a credit card basis only. Credit card orders must have the account name, account number, billing address and expiration date. Prepaid orders require a check clearance or wire transfer prior to the shipment. Returned cheques are subject to $25 service fee. All international orders must be shipped under prepaid conditions.
The Net 30 terms is offered to customers who have submitted a satisfactory credit application with references - available only for second and subsequent orders. It’s required a satisfactory credit check by our factors. Net 30 invoices cannot be settled with credit cards on the due dates.
The orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the order unless the item is out of stock. All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground unless otherwise stated on the PO. All shipments are ex-Secaucus, New Jersey. Shipping is calculated by Fedex on the basis of the weight of the merchandise and volume of the shipment. Freight, Insurance and Handling charge are added to the invoice and are the responsibility of the customer. All refused shipments will be charged the appropriate freight fees and 20% restocking fee.
Any shortage claims found in the shipment must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of the order. India’s Heritage will not accept any claims after the 5-day period.
Drop ship orders are charged at an additional $10 per item.
All out of stock items are automatically back ordered and shall be shipped upon receipt, unless otherwise instructed on the order. All cancellations requests need to be faxed or emailed to us. There will be a 20% restocking fee for cancellation made after the order has been shipped. Customer bears the freight charges.
The return merchandise needs to be packed in its original packaging for return to be processed. No returns accepted on custom made orders and fabric yardage. Any changes made to the actual merchandise will not be taken back.

Custom Orders are not refundable. In the event of a defect or any flaw, the drapes will be repaired or replaced. The drapes need to be returned to India’s Heritage for replacement.
Please note many of our products are hand-made or made by using hand guided machinery and hence there will be a slight variation in these products. Please email or call us if you need more details related to any product.
